The cartoon eyes and clinking drinks give it the loose, friendly look of a local bar rather than a corporate chain. Staff and regulars wore tees like this for decades, which is why they turn up as great local vintage. Chicago bar shirts are a quiet favourite for collectors who like a place with a real address.

Tag: Cut Tag

Era: 2000S

Details: Front: small chest logo with TOONS SINCE 1989 BAR & GRILL CHICAGO; Back: large TOONS Chicago logo with beer bottle and martini glass and address; Sleeves: short sleeve with hemmed cuffs; Colour: black

Measurements (in inches): Chest – 50 × Length – 32 (Tagged XXL)

Condition: Good vintage condition.
