Faded navy tee with a large white BINFORD logo across the upper back, TOOLS set in a red tab above the F, and REAL MEN DON'T NEED INSTRUCTIONS in red capitals underneath. The front carries a small matching Binford logo on the left chest. Soft, heavily washed cotton with a ribbed crew neck and a Disney Store woven label inside.
Binford Tools is the fictional sponsor of Tool Time, the show within the show on the sitcom Home Improvement, which ran on ABC from 1991 to 1999. The tagline is pure Tim Taylor, a man who always wanted more power. Disney Store printed licensed shirts for ABC shows after Disney bought the network, which is why a tool joke carries a Mickey label.
