This is software promo merch from the early digital video boom, when editing suites were sold through trade shows and conventions. Giveaway tees were handed out to editors and engineers and carried the product names like a tour poster. The digital clock lettering and icon grid are very much of the dot com years. Corporate tech promos like this are now a favourite with collectors who like their graphics weird and specific.
