Faded navy tee with a small left chest print of the Miller Lite oval logo in red, blue and cream, with the slogan Great Taste... Less Filling underneath in white italics. The back is plain. Heavy cotton with a ribbed crew neck and a Gildan Ultra Cotton tag.
Great Taste, Less Filling comes from Miller Lite's 1970s ad campaign, where retired athletes argued about whether the beer was better for its flavour or its lightness. The slogan stayed attached to the brand for decades, and bar and distributor shirts like this carried it into the 2000s. Beer promo tees are a staple of Americana collecting because they were given away rather than sold.
