A faded black tee for The Big 4, the legendary thrash metal bill of Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax. The front centres a large guitar pick filled with the black, red and gold of the German flag, "The Big" arched over a scrawled "4". The back stacks all four band logos above the show line "2nd July 2011 Gelsenkirchen, Veltins Arena, Germany". Heavy vintage cracking runs through both prints.
The Big 4 shows brought thrash metal's four founding giants to the same stage for the first time, a genuinely historic run for the genre, and the 2011 European dates are the most sought after of the lot. This is a real event tee from the Gelsenkirchen date, an artefact from a bill that may never be repeated.
